My company attends the Homecoming Job Fair every year.  I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with all of the effort the local NCWorks office puts in to it.  It is our most successful hiring event of the entire year.

The On-the-Job Training Program has been a godsend.  We needed staff badly but didn't have the funds to hire someone.  With the wage reimbursement, not only could we bring on a new employee, we had enough to make him a permanent full-time offer.
